MMQG June Meeting Recap

Our June meeting was held Thursday, June 11.  Many thanks to Chris @ Patch Halifax for offering up her shop to accomodate us all.  Our meeting was chaired by our President, Adrienne and after a short business meeting the winners of our MMQG Riley Blake Challenge were announced.  Congratulations to Jennifer and Dena!  Thanks to all who participated and entered their wonderful creations.

A very informative tutorial on how to navigate quilting design programs and apps.  Thank Bev!

MMQG May Sew-In...Quilty Inspiration

Inspiration..Motivation.. Stimulation, ....that's the first three words that come to mind after spending a day with some awesome modern quilters that belong to our MMQG.  Seriously, if you are sitting home and wishing to connect with people who think the same way as you....then look no further...we are your people!  We have all levels of knowledge and expertise.  We love beginners...love beginners! We love to help.  We love to share.  OK..we are awesome..what can I say!  Here is just a sampling of the work that was happening today at Sew-In.

It's Sew-In time again!

Saturday, May 23, 10 til 5, at Admiralty Place, 1 Prince St., Dartmouth. 
Bring your machine, extension cord, your lunch (fridge available) a project or two and your nametag. Non-members welcome! Get in touch if you need more info. See you Saturday!
