Our Annual General Meeting was held last night, Jan. 8. Chris @
Patch Halifax graciously hosted our get-together in her thoroughly modern shop. 24 excited quilters attended. We are very pleased to have three new members join our guild bringing our membership to just over 40 quilters. Our President, Adrienne, presented us with a very informative, interesting Power Point detailing of the last year and projections for the coming year . Also, she broke down the results of our on-line survey of likes and dislikes and suggestions for improvement. Again, very interesting stuff. Aimee, our Treasurer, reported on the budget for the coming year.
After our business meeting, Amanda, our Swap Coordinator, passed out yummy little packages of 5" dots and stripes charm squares to those who participated in our Swap. And then it was on to the Show and Share.
