Our guild banner was a huge hit! So many compliments. It was suggested that it be entered in a quilt show!
We are very proud of ourselves...our guild is almost one year old and we have already had a quilt show of our members' talents. We have been asked to come back again next year and also to do a class or two.
A great big thank you to the Nova Scotia Fibre Arts Festival for all the help and encouragement. It was our pleasure to be a part of your awesome festival. See you again next year!
Thanks to Karen Neary for all her help and encouragement too.
Here are a few photos from our experience

This is the shopping bag you received with a purchase from Mrs. P's Emporium. A few of these were filled with quilty goodies! |
The Nova Scotia Fibre Arts Festival is always the day after Thanksgiving and runs to the Saturday.
What a beautiful display you had! It was fantastic to see Linda and the display in person. You gals should be very proud of yourselves...your display was the highlight of my trip to Amherst. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHow nice! You had some beautiful stuff there.
ReplyDeleteIt was a lovely display, I was very impressed! And it was so nice to finally meet fellow blogger Linda!!
ReplyDeleteWow!! A beautiful display and that Guilt banner certainly IS show worthy. I so wish I could have attended.
ReplyDeleteCan't say it enough. Thanks to all of you who worked to set up (and take down) the booth and to represent our guild at the show. Well done!
ReplyDeleteHa, ha! I meant Guild Banner, not Guilt banner. Should have finished my coffee before commenting on blogs!!
ReplyDeleteThanks to the team!!! Job very well done.
